Create Screen-Free Zones: Designate certain areas of the home, such as bedrooms and mealtime areas, as screen-free zones to promote family interaction and relaxation.

Educate About Eye Health: Teach children about the importance of taking breaks, maintaining proper posture, and practicing good eye habits, such as blinking regularly and looking away from screens periodically.
