Every day is a new life to a wise man so why waste it by worrying. Why are we such fools-such tragic fools. One of the most tragic things about human nature is dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon-instead of enjoying the roses that are blooming outside our windows today.

Here are some tips for stop worrying and start living

  1. Live every moment. If you want to avoid worry, do what Sir William Osler did : Live in ; day-tight compartments’ . Don’t stew about the future. Just live each day until bedtime. Shut the iron doors on the past and the future. Live in Day-tight compartment.

This is the day which the lord hath made;

We will rejoice and be glad in it.

2. Prepare and accept the worst if  necessary. Ask yourself  “What is the worst that can possibly happen” . After figuring what was the worst that could possibly happen, Reconciled to accept it,if  necessary. Then calmly proceed to improve on the worst. Devote your time and energy to improve the worst which you had already accepted mentally.

3. Remind yourself of the exorbitant price you can pay for worry in terms of your health. Those who do not know how to fight worry die young”
