According to a survey, many people told that the main problems that women are facing now a days. Men and women told that women are treated like a weak aspect of our society. They have not equal rights. They face many problems like sexism, racism, sexual abuse, and lake of respect, unequal pay, ignorance, and many other things. Following are the problems that women face in society.
1- Violence and abuse
In our society, there is many case of sexual assault. Women face rape cases and sexual abuse. There is no strict rules against the rape cases that’s why it has become the culture of our society. There is huge number of cases of human trafficking. The young girls face aggressive male pride. It leads to the assault of young kids.
2- Unequal Pay
When a woman do a job in an office, she get low pay. This is very unethical because she do the same work and she get low pay. The men do the same work and he get more paid. This is because of the gender gap. We should pay to women what they deserve according to their work, not according to their gender.
3- Ignorance
The people does not hear the opinions of the women because of their gender gap. Even they are telling the right thing, they get ignored by male opinions. Women do not get respect at work places. The most women work because of some financial issues. They must be appreciated because they support their families.
4- Body Image / objectification
People criticized women because of their body. If they are fat, they are criticized for being over weighted. If they are thin, they are criticized for being skeleton. People stare on girls and talked about their body. They get blamed for things like campus assault for what they wear.
5- Other Problems
Lack of role models (especially minorities)
Mansplaining- when men are condescending when explaining an understood concept
Stigma against women’s health (periods/boobs, etc.)
