Roosevelt is a luxury 4-star hotel located in the famous Manhattan area of Newyork, USA.
The hotel was initially opened in 1924 and was taken by Pakistan international airline on lease in 1979. Later in 1999, PIA purchased the hotel. Earlier, the PTI government decided to not sell the hotel but run it through the joint venture. But now, according to Hotel website and social media, the hotel is permanently closing its doors.
The Roosevelt hotel posted an emotional post on its Facebook page.
Also, on the hotel’s website, they have stated that they are closing down due to economic reasons.
