How to Gain Weight in Only 1 Month

Basic Things to gain weight :

  • You should eat more heavy food even when you are gaining weight.
  • You should aim for 300-500 calories per day above your maintenance level and aim 700-1000 calories if you want to gain fastly.
  • It’s very important to join a gym or fitness club to gain your muscles.
  • Protein makes the building blocks of your muscles. Eating sufficient protein to gain your muscles instead of being fat.
  • You must take a meal 3 times a day to get more fats and proteins.
  • You can add some quantity of sauces and delicious ingredients to eat more.

Gaining weight through shakes and Dry fruits:

Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed.

Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories.

Try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs, and calories.

Use bigger plates to eat. If you use smaller plates you will automatically eat less.

Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add more calories.

Eat dry Fruits anytime. It is also a big source of protein and carbs.

Nuts, Fats, and oils, choose fatties cuts in meat to get fats.

Avoid Things during gaining weight:

  • Don’t smoke. This is very dangerous for our health as well as our lungs.
  • Don’t sleep late at night.  Sleep well to get a healthy life.
