Last week, a similar incident happened outside the Peshawar University campus. A video went viral on social media in which a man was openly masturbating outside the Peshawar University campus. According to the witness of the incident, the man tried to approach girls passing by. Moreover, he freely roamed around PUTA hall at Peshawar University and nobody took notice of it.
After the video went viral, law enforcement authorities in Peshawar took serious action on it. As a result, Peshawar police has arrested this man on Tuesday. According to reports, the Campus police took the man, named Inam, into custody on harassment charges.
The university administration came under fire after the video went viral. The university administration has strictly condemned the video.
The students reported that they have also seen a guy on a bike, touching his private parts while looking directly into the eyes of college-going students. The students said that they get frightened to feel insecure when they want to come outside. The police and university guards should be vigilant to avoid such incidents in the future.
