My Leadership in Nonprofits
I began my leadership journey in the nonprofit and social impact sector, where I had the opportunity to directly contribute to causes that matter. As a Fundraising Head and Trainer, I led multiple fundraising campaigns that aimed to provide sustainable support for underprivileged communities. Beyond raising funds, my role involved training volunteers, coordinating logistics, and managing relationships with various stakeholders, including donors and partner organizations. These experiences taught me invaluable lessons in planning, communication, and execution, while also instilling a sense of responsibility toward those I was serving. Driving Nationwide Impact
Later, I took on the role of Fundraising Head for Moiz Shaukat Humanities, where I led significant initiatives such as the Ramadan Dastarkhawan campaign across Pakistan. This nationwide project required me to collaborate closely with volunteers, donors, and partner organizations to ensure that resources were efficiently distributed to communities in need. Managing such a large-scale initiative deepened my understanding of humanitarian leadership, strategic planning, and coordination, while also highlighting the importance of adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
My dedication to social welfare continued as a Founding Member and Ambassador of Rizq Chapter ISL. From the very beginning, I played a pivotal role in establishing the chapter, helping to build its structure and processes from the ground up. My responsibilities spanned volunteer coordination, donor engagement, awareness campaigns, and partnership development. Every project and campaign we ran was aimed at addressing food insecurity and promoting sustainable social welfare. This experience reinforced my belief that long-term change requires consistent effort, collaboration, and a clear vision for impact.
Empowering Through Education
Education and mentorship have always been close to my heart, which led me to work as a Teaching Assistant with Anjuman e Talim. In this role, I supported underprivileged students through academic guidance, mentorship, and program development.
