1.Sleep well

Sleep is one of the most important and effective things you can do for yourself

Consistent good sleep allows you to have plenty of energy for your day’s work. And adequate 8-9 hours of sleep can improve your health and quality of life, sharpen your memory, help you maintain a healthy lifestyle, and it helps to lower the stress.

2. Keep youself hydrated

Our bodies contains around 60% water. Water is better than any beverage. Keep yourself hydrated.

“Think of water as a nutrient your body needs that is present in liquids, plain water, and foods. All of these are essential daily to replace the large amounts of water lost each day,” says Joan Koelemay, RD, dietitian for the Beverage Institute, an industry group.

After 6–8 hours of adequate sleep, your body needs, so drink at least a glass of water before breakfast.After rehydration, your body willwork at its greatest efficiency.

” When you’re dehydrated you’ll experience dry mouth, low blood pressure, headaches, dizziness, dry skin, and worst of all, fatigue,” writes Patrick Allan of Lifehacker.

3. Exercise daily

Exercise are great ways to feel better, boost your energy and have fun. For most healthy lifestyle, the Department of Health and Human Services recommends:At least 150 minutes a week of physical activity . The guidelines suggest that you perform this exercisefor better health. Examples include walking, swimming, and running. Even small amounts of exercise are helpful, and physical activity throughout the day adds up to give you better health.
